In this particular case study, Hitch Marketing worked with a Singapore-based damage protection company that develops, manufactures and market products and services to prevent moisture, temperature, impact and others kind of packaging solutions regionally in 5 countries.
The purpose of this project is to increase lead generated via their website and have better communication between the buyer and their company. They had a website in place and been running their own Google Adwords campaign inhouse.
We started this project by first finding out their buyer personas by interviewing their sales team on what they think they are providing their clients and their customers biggest pain points. From that research it helped to develop a ready to go marketing plan to be executed by rebranding their company website, creating content and improving Google advertising campaigns.
Based on statistics, we have approximately 3 seconds to make the first impression before the visitor exits the website. We rebrand the company tagline as “Peace of Mind, Leave Damage Protection to Us”. This tagline accurately portrait what the company want their client to feel and the solution the company provides rather than just another company with products. We changed the font and redesign the entire layout that display the company best values to build a brand their buyers can trust. With the initial redesign completed we continue to create more content in form of blog posts and social media post to improve the website SEO ranking over time.
